PORK CARNITAS TOTCHOS
Ingredients:
1-32 ounce bag potato tots
1 cup shredded pork carnitas
6 ounces shredded pepper jack
½ cup guacamole
½ cup pico de gallo
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
Method:
- Cook potato tots according to package directions.
- Top cooked potato tots with shredded pepper jack and pork. Place back in hot oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with guacamole, pico, sour cream and red onion. Serve immediately.
