ICED COCOA

Ingredients:

  • Hot cocoa mix
  • 8 oz whole milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Candy canes for garnish
  • Opal nugget ice

Method:

Heat the milk in the microwave for 30-second increments. Add hot cocoa mix and stir until combined. Place in the fridge to cool. While hot chocolate is cooling, place candy canes in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. Add Opal nugget ice to a tall glass and pour in chilled chocolate drink. Top with whipped cream and sprinkled candy cane pieces.
