GARLIC SHRIMP

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
  • Shredded fresh spinach
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

  1. In a 2-quart bowl, combine shrimp, butter, garlic and parsley; stir to coat evenly.
  2. Spread shrimp in a single layer on nonstick metal tray.
  3. Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until done.
  4. Stir after 5 minutes of cooking time.
  5. Arrange on shredded spinach; sprinkle with cheese.
