GARLIC SHRIMP

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
- Shredded fresh spinach
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Method:
- In a 2-quart bowl, combine shrimp, butter, garlic and parsley; stir to coat evenly.
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on nonstick metal tray.
- Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until done.
- Stir after 5 minutes of cooking time.
- Arrange on shredded spinach; sprinkle with cheese.
