CLASSlC CORN BREAD

This recipe is moist, slightly sweet, and never crumbly. If you like cornbread you will love this quick and easy recipe. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat together eggs, milk and oil; add to flour mixture and stir just until smooth.
  3. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until golden brown.
