CLASSlC CORN BREAD
This recipe is moist, slightly sweet, and never crumbly. If you like cornbread you will love this quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Method:
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Beat together eggs, milk and oil; add to flour mixture and stir just until smooth.
- Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until golden brown.
